From our humble beginnings as a railroad water station, Allen, Texas has always been about connections and service. We’re not a small town anymore with over 100,000 residents in our dynamic and diverse community, but we aren’t overgrown either. Conveniently located 25 miles north of Dallas, we have a thoughtful blend of residential and commercial developments to ensure a distinct presence in North Texas and maintain Allen as an outstanding place to call home. Even though we are expected to reach a population of 122,000 at final build-out, we've made strategic decisions to stay connected to our roots, pave the way for the future and build a city that is just the right fit for almost anyone.
